From Montastrell vineyards (70%) and a small selection of Garnacha Tintorera vines (30%) and after 10 months in the barrel we obtain this balanced, fresh and fruity wine.
Description
This wine is a blend of our best Garnacha Tintorera and Monastrell grapes.
Bigarreau cherry red in colour, with balsamic and spicy notes on the nose, while on the palate it has a broad, fresh start with special notes.

70% Monastrell y 30% Garnacha Tintorera – DO Almansa
VINEYARDS
Vineyards more than 25 years old, between 900 and 1,000 metres above sea level, organically farmed.
VINIFICATION
Cold maceration and slow fermentation. It has been aged for 10 months in American oak barrels.
PAIRING
Ideal with rice dishes, noble meats and traditional cold tapas. Serve between 17ºC and 18ºC.
