This wine is the result of a selection of the best Garnacha Tintorera grapes of Bodegas Cano, from vineyards over 40 years old located in limestone plots at an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level. The result is this persistent, mature and well-balanced wine.

Description

This wine is a tribute to the more than 150 years of history of the winery.

Made with a manual selection of our oldest Garnacha Tintorera vineyards located at an altitude of 1,000 metres above sea level.

It has an intense cherry red colour, with aromas of ripe red fruits, persistent tannins and a long, pleasant finish.

100% Garnacha Tintorera – DO Almansa

VINEYARDS

We preserve traditional dry-farmed viticulture, respecting the environment and with organic production.

VINIFICATION and AGEING

Harvested by hand in boxes, followed by destemming and light crushing. Cold maceration for 24 hours and slow alcoholic fermentation. The wine is aged for 18 months in 500-litre French oak barrels.

PAIRING

Ideal for selected red meats. Serve between 8ºC and 10ºC. Optimum consumption from purchase for the next 6 years.
