1860 white aged is made with Sauvignon Blanc grapes from +15 years old plots at 1,000 meters of altitude. After aging for 6 months in old clay barrels, the result is a very balanced mouthfeel, fresh and with a strong varietal character.

White wine from our Sauvignon Blanc vineyards located at an altitude of 1,000 metres in Higueruela.

A pale yellow wine with greenish reflections.

Subtle aromas of tropical fruits and fine toasted notes on the nose. The palate is full-flavoured, unctuous, oily and structured.

VINEYARDS


Plots less than 10 years old, chalky soils with little depth and organic production.

VINIFICATION


Harvested at night, followed by a short cold maceration with the skins and a slow fermentation between 12ºC and 16ºC in stainless steel. The ageing process is carried out in old earthenware jars over 100 years old, with a light batonage to achieve complexity and great structure.

PAIRING


Ideal with salads, pasta, rice dishes and seafood. Serve between 10ºC and 12ºC.
