Cañada del Soto Roble is a red wine with a deep purple colour. The nose has ripe fruits and balsamic notes, while the palate is spiced, smooth, fresh and round.

100% Syrah – DO Almansa

VINEYARDS

From selected organically farmed plots with chalky soil at an altitude of 1,000 metres.

VINIFICATION AND AGEING

Hand harvested, sold soaked and slowly fermented in stainless-steel tanks. Aged four months in French oak barrels.

PAIRING

Perfect for serving with poultry, bluefin tuna and rice dishes. Serve between 14-16ºC.
