Description
Perturbado is a pale yellow white wine with greenish reflections, clean and bright.
Tropical fruit and floral notes and varietals appear on the nose.
Fresh in the mouth, with a marked fruity sensation and good acidity.

VINEYARDS
+15 years old organic vineyards at 850 meters above sea level.
VINIFICATION AND AGEING
Nocturnal havest, cold maceration for 5 hours and fermentation at 13ºC.

Ideal pairing for fish, seafood, rice and salads. Served at 8º-10ºC.
